Our policy

Every KLYPP is handmade and designed for everyday use. We take great care in crafting each piece, but occasionally a product may break. That's why the following applies:

Does your KLYPP break within 3 months of purchase? You'll receive a new one. You only pay the shipping costs.

Does your KLYPP break between 3 and 6 months of purchase? You'll get 50% off a new KLYPP (excluding shipping costs).

 

In both cases, just send us a message with a photo of the broken KLYPP, and we'll take care of the rest.
